2. What Vidaluma is — and is not

Vidaluma is a health-tourism and care-journey facilitator. We help international clients coordinate access to healthcare providers and manage the non-clinical aspects of their healthcare journey.

Medical diagnosis, treatment, surgery, medication, rehabilitation, and other clinical services are provided independently by licensed healthcare institutions and healthcare professionals, who are solely responsible for clinical decisions and medical care. Vidaluma does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or other clinical services.

Our services may include healthcare coordination, communication, travel and accommodation arrangements, translation, transportation, and other non-clinical patient support.

3. No medical advice

Information on this website about healthcare providers, treatments and services is for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation, and it must not be relied upon as such.

Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional with any questions about a medical condition or treatment.

4. Your healthcare decisions

Patients make their own healthcare decisions and enter into arrangements directly with the relevant healthcare provider. Medical fees are paid directly to the healthcare provider unless otherwise expressly agreed.

Any agreement for medical services is between you and the provider. Vidaluma is not a party to, and bears no responsibility for, the clinical services provided under that agreement.

5. No guarantee of outcomes

Vidaluma does not guarantee any particular medical outcome or treatment result, the availability of any particular provider or treatment, or the accuracy of information provided by third-party providers.

6. Enquiries and communications

When you submit an enquiry, you agree that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Submitting an enquiry does not create a service agreement; any facilitation services are subject to a separate agreement.

Please do not submit medical records or detailed health information through this website.

The content, design, logo and imagery on this website are the property of Vidaluma or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
